Sonepar: How many years has your company been working in this sector? Luís Renes Domingo: The APEX group’s Electrical Engineering and Installations division has been active in the sector for nearly 15 years, but it’s in a strong position from over four decades of accumulated experience.
Sonepar: How many associates does your company have? LRD: We have a constantly growing team of 120 people over the five divisions in the group: - Inelec: Electrical Engineering and Installations, - Climalec: Industrial Climate Control and Renewable Energy, - Systemnet: Systems Networks and Information Technology Applications, - Asimec: Mechanical Engineering, - Bullco: Construction and Building.
Sonepar: In your opinion, what is the key to steady growth for a company like yours? LRD: I would say there’s not just one, but six:

Sonepar: How would you describe your relations with Hispanofil? LRD: Very good, from both a commercial and a relationship viewpoint. Daily contact and dialogue are essential to us.
Sonepar: In your opinion, what are Hispanofil’s strong points? LRD: The quality and wide range of products, prices, personalized management, the desire to improve service and the ability to adapt. Hispanofil is always willing to cooperate with us.
Sonepar: What would you say Hispanofil has to improve in order to offer you even better service? LRD: Delivery times, fluid communication to inform us about supply and delivery delays.
Sonepar: Do you have anything else to add? LRD: We’d like to rely on Hispanofil’s cooperation to develop high-tech projects together.
