A 30-year partnership

 M. Pellouard, the head of the electricity company Entreprise Générale d'Electricité Pellouard (EGEP), looks back on 30 years of doing business with Franco Belge.
Franco Belge, a warm and familial company I have spent 40 years in this business, working as an expert tradesman, but also serving as the national chairman of QUALIFELEC* and as a member of the national bureau of FEDELEC**. The bulk of my work is in repair, compliance and renovation. I have been doing business with Franco Belge, a subsidiary of Sonepar France, for three decades now. This level of trust enabled me to meet a considerable challenge: generate 50 percent of my annual sales in two months! I was in a bind. II asked Franco Belge's technical services to conduct a special study on this big project in a brief timeframe (3/4 days) in the middle of summer. I got the order in less than 30 days one-third of the time it would normally take! They came through for me.
