The event provided the participants a comprehensive information package on the EU Commission Directives and on their impact on outdoor lighting. The experts also shed light into all the various specifics to be taken into account in lighting refurbishments, lighting pole selection as well as installation permit protocols. Throughout the day the guests were also able to familiarise themselves with the various outdoor lighting products and light sources on show.
The seminar was specifically aimed at the outdoor lighting experts from electricity and power utilities as well as the public sector.
This event - organised as a joint venture with SLO's cooperation partners - brought together over 100 industry specialists from various parts of Finland to the Finnish Aviation Museum in Vantaa.
Due to outstanding customer interest and - respecting the customers' wishes – SLO will be hosting similar seminars elsewhere in Finland as well.
