Gescan or the art of the service

Customer Testimonial Lightning Electric, Sonepar Canada’s customer

Sonepar Canada’s companies truly value their customers. Each year, Gescan holds two promotions across the Prairies region; one in the spring and one in the fall.

Each promotion is themed differently and over 1,400 instant prizes are given away, along with one grand prize for each branch and 4 super-grand prizes for the region. This year, all the winners were asked to tell Gescan why they love being a Gescan customer. Lightning Electric has been a customer of Gescan Calgary for years and was one of the grand prize winners in this year’s spring promotion, themed for outdoor adventure. Brian Chollak and Bing Shimoda from Lightning Electric explained that they were already winners from the great service they get at Gescan!

“The service we get as soon as we enter is fantastic! The price is always the best you can offer and the selection and stock is great. If you don’t have it in stock, you always get it as soon as possible for us. Plus, everyone is always in a great mood – and the coffee and donuts are always there when we need it! Keep up the great work!”
The spring and fall promotions have always been a favourite with customers and the vendors who support it. It’s a great way to thank our customers for their continued loyalty.
