The Executive Committee is the true motor of all the initiatives at a national level. It is formed by Giuseppe Oliva (General Manager S.I.S.), Lorenzo Geotti (Administrative and Financial Manager) and Mark Bicknell (General Manager Elettroingross). The new team will face 2004 with the precise assignment to bring the society back towards the performance levels of the Group in Europe. To balance the Opcoms’ costs with a suitable ‘procapita’ productivity is the main aim for this year.Besides the market events, the challenge will consist in making the relationship with the Opcoms effective in order to realize the best business model, reinforced by the acquisition of competences via an exchange of Best Practices. Finally, with an eye to the market and its evolutions, the challenge will consist in the maintenance of the position of leader and a commercial policy orientation able to answer to the customer needs thanks to an offer of suitable products and services.
