Stuart Irby acquires Priester Supply

We are pleased to announce the acquisition by Stuart Irby, a subsidiary of Sonepar USA, of Priester Supply, effective February 27th, 2006.

Founded in 1932 and based in Arlington, Texas, USA, Priester Supply is the largest regional utility distributor in the South-Western and South-Central United States.
Operating out of 10 branches, with 60 associates, Priester Supply allows Stuart Irby to expand itself, especially in the high growth markets of Texas, New Mexico, Colorado and Oklahoma.
