Hispanofil Burgos and Dielectro Canarias have just won the first-ever Award for Excellence in the Distribution of Electrical Equipment given by the Castille and León and Canary Islands region in Spain.
The winners were announced following a vote by electrical equipment suppliers. A personalized survey was previously conducted among sales and marketing directors of various companies.
The voters’ choice was based on the following criteria:
- Service quality offered to contractors
- Cooperation with the manufacturer and professionalism of team members
- Use of new information technology to facilitate connectivity in business relations
- Quality certification awarded, choices or training offered to contractors.
In a word, the value a company adds to a manufacturer as a client, and to a contractor as a supplier, was the key yardstick used to pick the winner.
The awards were organized by the publications Elektroprofesional and Elektroinstalación, and sponsored by a large number of manufacturers.
