Damien Boucard, Managing Director of Sonepar Ile-de-France, will be taking over from Pierre-Jean Clerval as of January 1, 2007 as Sonepar Atlantique Managing Director. At the same time, he will be staying on at his position at Sonepar Ile-de-France until July 31, 2007.
Xavier Fleurot, Managing Director of Comptoir du Sud-Ouest, will be moving to the position of Managing Director of Sonepar Ile-de-France as of August 1, 2007.
Georges Millet, CGE D Company Secretary in charge of human resources and finance, will be taking over from Xavier Fleurot as Managing Director of Comptoir du Sud-Ouest as of August 1, 2007.
Vincent Roverato, Assistant to Sonepar General Management, will be the Finance Director at CGE D as of November 15, 2006.
