Sonepar Canada has agreed to purchase 100% of the shares of Osso Electric Supplies Inc, an electrical equipment distribution company founded in 1984 and located in southern Ontario, Canada.
Osso Electric Supply has a workforce of almost 100 associates at 7 branches.
This acquisition will enable Sonepar Canada to strengthen its position in Ontario, Canada’s largest electrical market, and it will add a solid residential and commercial presence to the current industrially focused business in this area.
