On January 8, 2007, a new branch came on stream. With a staff of over 70, the new building is centrally located on a major thoroughfare network. The office area totals 1,200 sq. m., and the 12-meter high warehouse totals 4,500 sq. m., making this Sonepar Österreich’s largest outlet. The official inauguration is scheduled for April or May 2007.
This new branch marks a significant step forward for Sonepar Österreich, since it will be replacing two older branches whose storage capacity ultimately proved inadequate.
Adjacent to the branch is a warehouse that Sonepar Österreich will be using to address customer needs in every part of Austria, particularly in the area of white goods.
