NorthEast Electrical Distributors/Eagle Electric Supply, a subsidiary of Sonepar USA, has signed an agreement to acquire Ralph Pill Electric Supply (RPESCO), headquartered in Boston, MA.
The Company was established in 1919 by Ralph Pill. His son, Alfred E. Pill has served as President for the last 50 years. RPESCO has 16 locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. It is one of the largest independently-owned electrical distributors in New England. They serve the residential, commercial and industrial markets.
Alfred Pill, President, and Steven Friedberg, VP, will remain in place, working directly with Don Block, President of NorthEast Electrical Distributors and Eagle Electric Supply
This acquisition will enable Sonepar USA to strengthen its position in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and to serve the State of Maine.
