After the 2008 SIDEC (Industry, Domosic, Lighting and Climatic) trade show in Lyons, another one will be held at the Chanot Park in Marseilles on March 19th and 20th. More than 5,000 visitors are expected.
As co-organizer of the event with Sonepar France, Sonepar Sud-Est has selected sustainable development as the dominant theme, with special emphasis on BlueWay. This is an ideal opportunity to reach out to all stakeholders (suppliers, Sonepar staff and customers) with the slogan ‘Saving energy means doing something about climate change’ and get our 167 suppliers involved in the BlueWay approach.
At this show, products, solutions and ideas related to sustainable development will definitely be in the limelight!
At their booths, suppliers will be given the opportunity to display both their own energy-efficient products and products that meet the standards set by ADEME and Sonepar France, which are stamped with the BlueWay logo.
Additionally, BlueWay Sonepar France fact sheets describing energy-saving solutions will be available to visitors. The two main issues covered in them are individual home ventilation and office lighting systems.
The many screens around the exhibition hall will be displaying ‘Les Idées BlueWay,’ i.e. energy-saving solutions the exhibitors recommend to the visitors.
The many round table discussions organized by Sonepar Sud-Est also give customers a chance to get better acquainted with Sonepar’s approach to sustainable development by covering the following topics: BlueWay, commitment & partnerships of an ecologically responsible distributor, global safety, energy efficiency as a plus point for electricians, and energy efficiency in commercial buildings.
‘BlueWay’ will soon be a household word for SIDEC 2008 visitors!
