Wojciech Frank is a Sales Representative for Alfa Elektro in Poland. He's been with the company for more than 20 years.
What has been your favorite moment while working at Sonepar / Alfa Elektro? "I remember a day I visited a potential new customer who was already supplied by our competitor. Each argument of mine was immediately countered by him. Finally, he asked me whether I could offer him something different. In reply, I asked him a question: 'Do you know why I have been working as a sales representative for the same company for last 16 years?' The customer asked: 'Why, exactly?'. I answered: 'That’s because I know how to talk to people and I offer a service based on reliability and partnership.' I think it's worth working for Sonepar for such moments. I’ve been in commercial contact with this customer for four years."
Tell us one thing you love about working at Sonepar. "Unpredictability. Every day brings new challenges. Each new project, even with the same customer, differs from the previous one and allows further development.
