In December last year, we hosted our first ever Digital Enterprise Week, a virtual event which was open to all 48,000 Sonepar associates around the world and covered every aspect of our Digital Agenda.

During this event, Sonepar Chief Digital Enterprise Officer Jérémie Profeta spoke with Publicis Sapient CEO, Nigel Vaz, about our partnership in building Sonepar’s Digital Factory and delivering our omnichannel platform. Jérémie commented on the work which the two companies have accomplished thus far by saying, “At Sonepar, we see Digital as a way of upgrading our customers and associates’ experience, to boost customer happiness and associate efficiency. We have partnered with Publicis Sapient to build our Digital Factory and deliver our omni-channel platform. We are continuously thinking about features, fast deployments, continuous improvements, as well as revisiting existing processes with world-class digital capabilities. All to delight our customers.” He continued, “With Publicis Sapient, we've been able to speak with one voice and act as one team. Together, we have embarked on this extraordinary journey of building the Sonepar Digital Factory to become the first global B-to-B electrical distributor providing a fully digitalized and synchronized omnichannel experience to all customers.”

Nigel Vaz echoed Jérémie’s comments by adding, “I feel like there's a real opportunity with Sonepar’s focus on innovation, we’re really excited about our partnership between Sonepar and Publicis Sapient.”
