Sonepar in Brazil is very proud to announce that they have received, for the second consecutive year, one of the most important people management certifications: Top Employer Award. The Top Employers Institute, a global organization that identifies and recognize the main employers around the world, conducted an intense audit process of the company's Human Resources practices. More than ever before, receiving this certification reinforces the importance of Sonepar’s strategic pillar 'People', showing how much the company appreciates their associates, and compliments the continuous effort to remain ‘La Référence’ in all aspects of our activities.

Edna Rocha, Director of Human Resources at Sonepar in Brazil, celebrates this achievement by saying, “Despite the pandemic, we have conquered the two important and motivating certifications: ‘Incredible Places to Work’ and, now, the ‘Top Employer 2021’.
