We are pleased to announce that Cebeo, a Sonepar company in Belgium, will take over the electrical distribution activity of Technord Belgium as from 1 March 2020. This activity is known as “La Technique”. With this acquisition, we will further expand the Cebeo branch network with sites in Tournai and Soignies.

The acquisition of “La Technique” means a geographical strengthening of our network in the province of Hainaut.

This acquisition is part of the growth strategy of Sonepar Belgium and Cebeo and will further strengthen our market position in Belgium.

This distribution under the name “La Technique” concerns a professionally run business with an annual turnover of 5 million euros and employment of 10 associates. All associates are joining Cebeo and will further strengthen our existing technical competencies.
