Our company was founded as a small enterprise in 1991. A fundamental change in the company’s life occurred in April 1999, when one of the most influential international commercial groups, SONEPAR, based in France, acquired a majority holding in our company. Considerable additional capital was raised, which together with the investor’s strategic objective laid the foundations for options to extend our market role. Consequently, our product structure was expanded to a full range of electrical products and larger, more comprehensive stocks were kept. The continuously increasing demands, along with efforts to serve ourcustomers on similar conditions in every region of the country, led us to open outlets at more and more locations to our customers’ greatest satisfaction.
