- Learn from everyone, everywhere. By 2028, Sonepar intends to provide annual sustainability training for all associates. Our salesforce will be the best-trained in the electrical distribution industry to promote sustainable solutions.
Sonepar Leadership Program (SLP)
To implement this leadership mindset within the Group we offer a high-level program for the development of Sonepar's leaders called the Sonepar Leadership Program (SLP). Conducted in partnership with INSEAD, one of the world's most prestigious business schools in the world, with a strong international presence and partnerships, it aims to strengthen SLP members’ managerial skills, develop their network within the Group, but also to improve their strategic thinking and performance management. Since its creation in 2011, the SLP has welcomed over 300 members.
Sonepar Junior Committee (SJC)
The Sonepar Junior Committee (SJC) is a young talent development program created in 1991 by Sonepar Board Chairman Marie-Christine Coisne-Roquette. For over 30 years, the SJC has gathered young Sonepar associates from various functions all around the world, to accelerate their professional development and prepare the leaders of tomorrow. During an 18-month program, SJC members develop ideas and think outside the box on strategic topics, drawing on Sonepar’s cultural and business diversity. Since its creation, more than 350 associates have participated in the program.
We celebrate our differences and promote a safe work environment
Our inclusion strategy has been developed with guidance from dedicated experts, sponsorship from our Executive Committee, and input from associates. The resulting roadmap is a key vehicle for raising awareness among associates and managers, as well as consolidating and communicating inclusion initiatives across all countries where we operate.
