Sonepar continues to invest in leadership excellence with the Sonepar Leadership Program (SLP), developed in partnership with INSEAD, one of the world’s leading business schools.
Since its launch in 2011, the SLP has become a cornerstone of Sonepar’s talent development strategy. More than 300 senior leaders from 34 countries have completed the program, gaining critical skills in strategic thinking, performance management, and global collaboration.
In 2025, 32 participants from 18 countries have joined the program. They represent a wide range of functions, including Finance, IT, Human Resources, Digital, Sales, and Supply Chain. Their diversity reflects Sonepar’s global footprint and commitment to inclusive leadership.
The SLP is a transformational journey that equips leaders with the insights and tools to drive innovation and lead by example. By fostering cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration, the program strengthens Sonepar’s ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-changing world.
