Sonepar acquired Support Automação Industrial, an important authorized Rockwell Automation distributor in Brazil, with a strong track record in industrial automation, instrumentation, measurement solutions, and electrical materials.
Founded in 1996, Support Automação Industrial has built a solid reputation serving industrial customers across strategic regions, particularly the Center-West, Federal District, and Northern Brazil.
Support Automação Industrial is headquartered in Aparecida de Goiânia, Goiás and combines specialized product knowledge, technical support, and experienced sales teams to serve a broad range of industrial segments, such as food and beverage, sugar and ethanol, automotive, metallurgy, and mining.
This acquisition is an important step in Sonepar’s growth strategy in South America. It will strengthen our position in industrial automation, extend our presence in key regions of Brazil, and enhance our ability to support customers with greater technical expertise, local proximity, and a broader range of solutions.
