Sonepar completed 10 acquisitions in 2025, adding to its global network of generalist and specialist companies. These acquisitions represent €245 million in sales, and they reinforce the Group’s leadership in key segments, including industrial automation and HVAC.
With this expansion, Sonepar welcomes more than 750 new associates and 30 additional branches across four countries.

Building on the momentum from 2024
Alongside its 2025 acquisitions, Sonepar focused strongly on integrating the 17 companies acquired in 2024, representing €2.2 billion in additional sales.
Seven of these companies are based in North America, adding €1.9 billion in revenue and 1,700 associates to the group.
A major achievement is the successful unification of five Midwest companies under the Echo Electric brand, demonstrating Sonepar’s commitment to creating consistent, high performance customer experiences across regions.

Over the past 20 years, acquisitions have represented 60% of total growth, and the Group has made 200 acquisitions, accounting for more than €10 billion in sales.
